3am Thoughts ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you sign in using "Continue with Google," we collect your email address and basic profile information (such as your name) to create and manage your account.
When you use the app, we collect the content you post (your entries/confessions) and store it on our servers so that the app can function.
Your sign-in credentials (email or Google account) are not linked to your alias, display name, or the posts you submit. Posts are stored and shown anonymously within the app.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Harassment, targeted abuse, hate speech, and spam are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypting data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
3am Thoughts is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
